Description

Material: stoneware
Building:
- The base slab was made and left in the air; round cut made with the slab in a leather state. The handle is made and left to dry a little.
- Large still soft slab marked with stamps, various pen caps and other common utensils, tracing wheel, cutting roller, etc.. Already in the leather state, the slab was beveled on the sides at a 45° angle (bevel cutter clay) to help the gluing fit.
- Large slab assembled and glued, then it is glued to the base, handle is glued and the construction is done.

Decoration :
- In a hard leather state (it could also be dry), application of underglazes (Fundamentals from Mayco) with an airbrush.
- After bisqued, wash with black underglaze.
- Then glazing with transparent glaze and fired at 1200°C.
