Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Super Cerâmica!
We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase. If it has been 30 days since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

The following goods are not under the return policy:
Custom Printed Screen Printing Meshes
Custom Decals
Custom stamps
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
The product must be sent to the following address: Loja MINGA, Largo Machado dos Santos 10,
7050-135, Montemor-o-NovoYou will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
