Waterslide decals (3rd fire)
3rd fire decals are printed on waterslide paper and applied over the baked enamel. Simply cut out the decal that we are going to apply, place it in water until the transparent film (where the paint is) starts to come away from the backing sheet and slide the film over the surface of the piece.
